Founded By Late Sh. Om Parkash Verma in 1952 at Heera Halwai Chowk, Ludhiana.
Sh. Om Parkash Verma has in his credit to import first Interlock machine from Japan to Ludhiana & sucessfully founded knitted fabric industry in Ludhiana.
As he had a great Hosiery Manufacturing And Supplying background with branches in Mayanmar(Burma) before world War II.
